• Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO (excludes Blue Choice, Blue Choice Options, Blue Options, Blue Choice Select)
• United/Optum PPO (excludes GEHA and All Savers)
• Most insurances limit coverage to minimal testing hours. If the assessment you seek will take longer than what is covered by your insurance, you may choose to pay for extra hours of testing; insurances do not cover the cost of learning disorder (academic) testing
• Clients are strongly urged to contact their insurer to verify testing benefits

Self-Pay

Our priority is to offer excellent, tailored services. Due to surging prices to conduct neuropsychological and psychological testing, we are unable to accept all insurances because of extremely low reimbursement rates. With the aim of continuing to provide comprehensive assessments, we offer clients the option of self-pay.

• Clients may choose to split payments into two—paid at the intake session and the in-person testing session
• For clients who request it, our office will provide a superbill to clients. This superbill can be submitted by a client to their insurer for out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, and the client may be directly reimbursed some portion.

Our assessments are not “one size fits all.” We aim to meet our clients where they are and craft an assessment that fits their needs. Rates include all appointments and a comprehensive PDF of results; there are no hidden fees.  Costs do not change despite the client’s age.
